How does it work?

Stationery Super Store

Each partner will have their own web shop with a domain name of their choosing or can opt for youname.stationerysuperstore.ie.

On your store we will set up and maintain our inventory of thousands of stationery products, take orders, manage payments, pick and ship orders and inform you about your orders by email.

Product Prices online will be Premier Stationery RRP.

You will receive a commission based on sales.

20% Delivery Costs will be incurred by Premier as Free Shipping will be provided to consumers on all orders over €20 (otherwise €4.95 shipping charge)

How do I get on board?

All you need to do to become a partner is:

  • Complete the form below, and add the link provided to your existing website and Facebook page.
  • We will create a colour scheme to match your corporate existing branding with your logo and details about you.
  • Display a small sign in your stores stationery products area saying: “1000’s more products for Home, Office, School and College at www. your store web address .ie
  • There is no sign-on fee.

When will the service be launched?

Will the stationery superstore approach my customers directly?

No, Stationery Superstore will not approach your customers and is purely a portal to allow your customers to buy 1000’s of stationery products from your online store provided by us without the need for you to stock, pay for or have to process these orders.
Your buyers remain your buyers unless they choose a different seller

What prices will be used for online sales?

RRP
Discounts and Special Offers may be applied from time to time

How will my commission be calculated?

Commission will be calculated at 20% of net of VAT price and paid monthly in areas e.g. Sales in September will trigger commission paid in October. Payment will be by Electronic Transfer to your account if you select to provide your bank address and IBAN.

Can I sell other products (not supplied by the Stationery Superstore) through my new website?

Not at present but we are working on this

How does “Click and Collect work?

If you opt to provide “Click and Collect” facilities, which brings customers to your shop to collect their online order, then on your store your clients will have the choice of selecting “Collect in Store” in the online checkout area. We will then dispatch the goods to your store and you will email your client informing them when they may collect their order. If you don’t want to offer Collect in Store facilities or If they don’t choose the Collect in Store option, the goods will be delivered by us to the delivery address they enter at online checkout.

Terms and Conditions

Stationery Superstore Ltd is a subsidiary of Premier Stationery an Irish family business. The stationery superstore ecommerce partner concept has been developed to provide retail partners with an online store to sell over 5000 product lines to their customers.

Completing the online form on this website constitutes a demonstration of interest in being part of this scheme. The completion of the form does not bind either party to any partnership.

The system is set up so that the retail partner in whose name the partner site will operate does not have to buy, hold or dispatch the stock offered online or process the orders generated from the system. All orders received on the partner site will be fulfilled for the partner and a 20% commission will be paid monthly in arrears to the partner excluding the VAT content. A copy of all orders generated on the partner site will be automatically sent to the partner for their records and information.

If the Partner wishes to offer a click and collect service, then the goods will be despatched by Stationery Superstore Ltd to the Partner address and the partner will inform the end client purchaser when they may be collected. In all other cases the products ordered will be dispatched by Stationery Superstore Ltd to the end purchasers chosen delivery address.

Partners will be required to agree to assist in the marketing of their partner site by adding a provided link to the partner site on their own website and on any Social Media presence.
